Every REALTOR has gone through this or will, but how do we deal with it in the best way possible?

So you find that amazing lead - expired or FSBO. You do everything right - exactly how it's usually worked for you and other agents…

You work up that listing, everything seems grand, you show them your past marketing work, including property descriptions you or ChatGPT wrote, but they end up listing with another agent.

UGH.

At this point, that potential seller sees little or no value in working with a REALTOR if they’re a FSBO. All agents seem the same to them.

This is your opportunity to set yourself apart and put your best foot forward while being mindful of what they want. And who knows, maybe it would have been the WORST. DEAL. EVER.

Just remember: The magic in real estate marketing is in the words you use - written and verbal!

Don’t ignore the idea a well-written property description, and don’t solely rely on ChatGPT to write your listing descriptions or other marketing content. Add your flair to it if you’re going that route, and remember that homeowners and seller would truly appreciate knowing that you DO NOT use Ai to write their property description.
