It all started in 2005 in the Los Angeles real estate appraisal world - researching and writing about SoCal homes - all day, every day.

The result?

I not only learned the magic of writing enticing and persuasive real estate listing descriptions for REALTORS after analyzing thousands of other (good and bad) property descriptions on the local MLS during my appraisal research, but I also studied the marketing tactics of successful real estate pros used.

Without hesitation, I started passing it all down to my already-talented copywriting team for email campaign management, sales letters, blogs, bios, and more!

2 - Ah ha moment

2013 - There was an Ah-Ha moment...

Often, these photos and words made me chuckle. There was an Ah-Ha moment!

It was clear that most REALTORS often didn't have the knack for eloquent real estate writing or taking good photos of their listings.

Many of these REALTOR-written property descriptions were just boring, over-exaggerated, error-filled, incomplete sentences with silly mistakes. The photos were rarely professional these days.

Ouch! Someone had to step in…

After a decade of torture (or cheap entertainment) of reading boring, dull MLS descriptions and looking at unflattering real estate photos, I couldn't take it anymore…

I used my real estate research and writing background to offer enticing, accurate, professionally written listing descriptions to REALTORS all over the U.S. along with professional photography in the Los Angeles, CA area.

4 - After a decade of chuckling

2023 - Realizing a bit more is needed than just pretty pictures + words = NEST IMPRESSIONS

By now, our team had grown to five, including a dedicated editor, two real estate writers, and a Proofreader/Assistant. We expanded our offerings and extended them to not just REALTORS but also to appraisers, home stagers, real estate photographers, mortgage brokers, and more.

  • Former real estate appraiser (2005-2013) and mainly wrote and reviewed appraisal reports for major lenders.

  • Former REALTOR (2014).

  • I’ve professionally photographed over 1,000 homes.

  • I visit and work from Iceland a few months out of the year.

  • Almost born in Greece, but Seattle is my hometown instead. Go Seahawks.

  • The longest train ride I've been on was 36+ hours (LA to Seattle).

  • My car is a stick shift - they're more fun to drive!
