1. WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU TO WRITE MY REAL ESTATE CONTENT?

2. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A PROPERTY DESCRIPTION?

Two business days after receiving all of the requested info + payment, EXCLUDING weekends and bank holidays. There’s also a rush option you can select for an additional fee.

3. DO YOU HAVE TO VISIT THE HOME IN ORDER TO WRITE A PROFESSIONAL LISTING DESCRIPTION?

No, but we do need the property photos (decent cell phone photos are often OK), property address, and any special features or upgrades that aren’t obvious in the photos. We may contact you if we need to clarify anything.

4. HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE YOUR WORK DOESN'T SOUND LIKE ANY OTHER?

Great question and it gets to the heart of what we do best to avoid. We view each project with a fresh perspective and add a unique tone. For listing descriptions, we immediately note features and benefits of the home that most buyers would like to know about (we use Kasi’s real estate appraisal background here). We note what kind of buyers the home may attract and also get feedback and information from you to make sure the description is 100% unique to your listing only. Also, there are plagiarism checkers online that we use (and you should, too).

5. WHAT INFO DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO WRITE CUSTOM CONTENT FOR ME?

Each service has its own order form that may ask you a few questions. This ensures we deliver our best work for you and make it as spot-on for you as possible.

6. HOW WILL YOUR MLS DESCRIPTIONS AND OTHER COPYWRITING SERVICES BENEFIT ME?

Glad you asked! By taking away this bit of time-consuming stress from you, we know you have lots more to focus on instead, especially converting those leads into new clients! Best of all, our real estate copywriting helps hesitant buyers on the fence to take action and come see your listing for themselves, or at least contact you for more info. In addition, your sellers are bound to realize they’ve surely hired the best REALTOR! As for other businesses in the real estate industry, just remember that putting out great content that’s professionally written by a copywriter creates more trust and authority. We’ll leave it at that!

8. HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET?

Each piece you order comes with one round of complimentary revisions. We definitely won’t dump a first draft or sloppy write-up on you and run off. Working with our clients until they are happy with every piece is our priority. Minor revisions and corrections can be easily made by you as well when you copy and paste the text into another document. Otherwise, if you're just not totally excited about the work as we are, let us know. We'll work something out.

9. I'M A LITTLE WORRIED TO PAY BEFOREHAND...

We've never had an issue with this. We're proud and excited to have countless happy clients. Paying beforehand eliminates any extra delays and gives us the “green light” that your order is 100% ON.
