3 Creative Tips to Generate Real Estate Leads Using Your Current Listing

Finding the right buyer for your real estate listing and the seller is priority, but many wise REALTORS would argue that it's equally important to use that one listing, whether it's yours or another agent's, to generate real estate leads.

(Just remember to ask the other REALTOR who has listed the property for sale for permission to market it.)

What do I mean by using “your current real estate listing” to generate leads?

Keeping your business’s pipeline full of potential buyers and sellers is where I'm getting at. 

Once you sell this listing, do you have other listings and/or leads to work on? 

Whether your answer is yes or no, it's no mystery that you can take the opportunity of a current listing with great marketing (and a killer listing description) to grow your real estate business to get even more listings!

The first step is to professionally present yourself along with the home you’ve been commissioned to sell.
